Terms of Use

The Captanel End User License Agreement (version 3, October 2026) applies to the use of the app. It is shown during installation.

Key points

  • The app is licensed per plan and period; servers and domains are unlimited.
  • A 14-day free trial is included.
  • Your passwords and server data stay on your computer. For license checks the app sends its installation number, device ID, version, IP address and approximate location; a regular internet connection is required.
  • Captanel is a management tool: your servers, sites, content and data belong to you. You are responsible for the operations you run, for security (passwords, keys, updates) and for keeping backups in a second location.
  • The security tools do not guarantee protection against every attack; no protection is provided against large-scale attacks such as DDoS (services like Cloudflare are recommended).
  • Server providers, domain registrars, Cloudflare and payment companies are separate services; fees and terms are between you and them.
  • You are responsible for your site content and legal obligations (GDPR/KVKK, e-commerce, invoicing, cookies). Ready-made legal pages are examples, not legal advice.
  • Review AI-generated text and images before publishing; model photos are illustrative, and you need consent for photos of people you upload.
  • The site engine and themes are licensed for the domain in your license and may not be copied or run elsewhere.
  • If payment is late: warnings on days 1–7, panel locked on day 8, sites offline on day 15. Your data is never deleted and everything is restored once payment is made.
  • Unlicensed use may be stopped remotely; data on your servers and computer is not touched.
  • Captanel cannot be held liable for servers, the connections in between (internet, server provider, DNS, Cloudflare, Captanel Cep relay, Discord, GitHub, AI service) or any outage, data loss or damage arising from them. You are fully responsible for every action taken through the program, including commands suggested by the AI.
  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
  • Governing law: Republic of Türkiye; consumers keep their mandatory local rights.
